TERMS & CONDITIONS
The full amount of the reservation will be charged on your credit card shortly after your booking is confirmed.
This reservation cannot be cancelled nor modified.
In case of no-show, a penalty of 100% will apply.
Rates are in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR / RM) and inclusive of 6% GST.
OCCUPANCY
~ Standard Number of Occupants :
- 2-Bedroom Apartment @ 3 Adults + 1 Child (below 12 years old)
- 3-Bedroom Apartment @ 5 Adults + 2 Children (below 12 years old)
** Exceeding the number of limited occupants will be subject to penalty charge of RM100.00nett per person. **
~ Extra Person – Only 1 extra person is allowed @ RM50.00nett per night. This rate includes 1 mattress.
~ Children Age : 4 – 12 years old (stay for free when sharing existing beddings. Age 13 and above is considered as adults.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIME
~ Check-in @ 1500 hours / 3:00pm; Check-out @ 1200 hours / 12:00pm
~ Early check-in : Subject to availability. Surcharge equivalent to 1 full-day charge from the previous day.
~ Late check-out : On request basis and subject to availability.
- Until 6:00pm = Half-day rate of departure day.
- Beyond 6:00pm = Full-day rate of departure day.
PREPAYMENT / RESERVATION GUARANTEE
~ Full payment will be charged to the credit / debit card provided anytime after booking confirmation.
~ Only bookings with prepayment are considered confirmed and secured. Bookings with invalid credit / debit card details may be released automatically.
~ Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
AMENDMENT / CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW
~ Requests to amend bookings should be communicated to the hotel’s Reservation Department no less than 7 days prior to the original arrival date.
~ In event of change dates, the normal Super Savers rate shall be applied.
~ Cancellation of booking / reduction of nights / reduction in rooms / no-show will result in the prepayment being forfeited.
~ No refund in full or in part will be made for underutilized room nights in event of shorten stay.
~ Glory Beach Resort shall not be held liable or responsible for failure to execute arrangements specified herein directly or indirectly occasioned by or through or in consequence of war, change of statues of Malaysian government, strikes, riots and ‘acts of God’ or conditions beyond our control.
